Postage fees & charge

We provide delivery shipping to whole Malaysia exception for Perlis until Kuala Kangsar (you can refer the maps below), we can provide you our own delivery service team to your place including basic installation. For place that we not covered we have shipping charging based on the weight of the item you are purchase. Your parcels are delivered using the courier services. Order received will be processed and shipped out on 1-3 working days. The delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. We also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time. Currently we only available to ship to peninsular Malaysia, all addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing.

Self-collect / Own pickup

You can choose to collect your purchases at our warehouse location at Sungai Petani, Kedah we try our best to prepare your orders and send them out by the next day but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that ORDER TRADING SDN. BHD. does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. however, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
