RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and refund items must be inform and shipped back to us within seven (7) days start from the date that you received the items and items must be in new condition and returned it ins original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty card, certificated and authenticity) along with the original receipt (official invoice). Products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. The product by own pickup service, you can drop at our address. By delivery we will send our transport team to your address for pickup the items. ORDER TRADING SDN. BHD. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation. 

Return and refund the order due to any following reasons :-

1. damages product while delivery 
2. product does not function as described in its manufacture specification, missing items, or parts as indicated in the packaging 
3. the product you received does not match website specification , description or images (this issue is a attributable to a website error or misinformation).
