Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-


Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.

You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

You'll need to confirm your account and billing details, if you have the same address to delivery your items just click the button box "My delivery and billing address are the same"

If not you can untick and fill the new address details.

From here, you need to select your shipping methods.

Next you'll need to choose your payment method.

After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.

Click “Continue” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

Pemborong Elektrik Utara only accept Payment Methods by Online Banking (FPX) and Cash (COD). 


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order or you can Whatsapp us on this number 010-2366819.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days


Q. Where can I pickup the product if I choose delivery fee "Our own pickup"

You can pickup the items using this address only. 82B, Persiaran Sebelas, Kawasan Perusahaan Ringan Bakar Arang, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah


Q. What the different between seller own fleet, and seller own fleet with basic installation?

Seller own fleet is service that we provide to delivery to you address only, while with basic installation is a service that we delivery to your address and have basic installation from our staff. The coverage area for this two delivery fee you can check on under delivery information or below the items description.


Q. I want to buy items that need "own pick up" and other items that have courier service, can it postage together to my place using seller own fleet?

Yes you can! if you want to buy small items that have to pickup in our store, we can make postage together with your others items if you checkout in one receipt.

Q. How do i buy a Pre-Order item? 

For pre-order items you can checkout first, after items arrived at our store, we will inform you thru whatsapp about arrival your items. Or you can dm us first for the items that you want and we will order it for you and let you know once the items arrived.
